Dear Families,
I hope you are all doing well and that you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I wanted to take a moment to update you regarding the Stay order that I wrote to you about last month. It was brought to our attention on or about November 30, 2021 that Pennsylvania schools must maintain masking orders until the PA Supreme Court hears oral arguments on December 8th. This latest ruling overturns a Commonwealth Court decision that lifted masking guidelines on December 4th. Visit the link below to review the Court’s decision.
As such, we are needing all families to continue to adhere to the legal mandate regarding masking until at least December 8th. Once we gain additional information regarding the Court’s decision, we will communicate accordingly.
